Where is the $5 VIP payment processed?
The VIP reservation payment is processed through Authorize.net hosted checkout. RUYI does not collect or store card details on this website.
Can I refund the $5 VIP reservation?
Yes. The $5 VIP reservation is refundable before the Kickstarter campaign goes live, including if the campaign is cancelled or the Q4 2026 launch window materially changes.
What happens if RUYI is delayed?
RUYI will send an update to early access and VIP members. VIP reservation holders will be able to keep their VIP spot or request a refund before backing anything on Kickstarter.
